September 14th is the last day to cancel registration.  Cancellations received after Sept. 14th will NOT be refunded.

Setup
Employers may begin setting up their booth at 9:00am the day of the career fair.

Return Shipping Instructions
Arrangements to return your display to another location (after the Career Fair) should be made by you.  Your company representative should be sure your packages have proper shipping/billing invoices attached to each package. Return shipments MUST be picked up by carrier immediately after Career Fair on September 29, 2009 and no later than 3:00pm on September 30, 2009.
