Cooperative Education Forms

After accepting a co-op position, each co-op term must be registered with the COC. To register, bring a copy of your offer letter to the COC and complete the necessary paperwork to maintain full-time enrollment status at Missouri S&T and maintain scholarships, loans and financial aid while you are on co-op.
