How do I register with the COC as a First Time User?

  1. Attend one of the COC Registrations. See Calendar of Events for dates and more information. If Registration dates have passed you will be able to view the online video.
  2. Next- Go to http://career.mst.edu and select COC InterviewTRAK. Click on First Time User. Fill out your User Profile & upload your best resume. When completing the user profile, you must assign yourself a username & password. Please remember this log in information for future reference.
    The school password, 'jobs' is not necessary unless you are using an off campus server.
  3. After you have completed your user profile you may pay the $5 access fee in 304 Norwood Hall. Your account will be activated and you can begin job searching.

How do I use InterviewTRAK to search for schedules and submit my resume?

  1. First - Go to http://career.mst.edu, select COC InterviewTRAK & log in as an Active User.
  2. Search by date range (mm/dd/yyyy) to view a list of employers coming for on-campus interviews or posting a resume drop. Make sure you change the dates to reflect the entire semester otherwise the search will limit you to only 1 month.
    *Check the box if you want to see only the employers you meet the criteria of. Click on [Search].
  3. To view employer information, select "Details" to review the job description. If interested in the opportunity click on [Submit Resume]. Next, choose the resume you want to submit and click on [Submit Resume] again.
  4. Be sure to check the system daily for new schedules and to see if you have been chosen as a preselect or an alternate to interview.

How do I sign up for an interview after I have submitted my resume?

  1. First - Use the Personal Dates menu option that reads, "Events I am preselected or an alternate for" and click on [Display Dates]. It is crucial you check this on a daily basis.
  2. View the Signup Date Range associated with the interview that you are preselected or chosen as an alternate for and during that date range, click on the gray ID# to the left-hand side of the interview information.
  3. On the Description page, click on [Sign up for this Interview].
  4. Click on the radio-button next to the desired time slot, then click on [Sign Up].

How to view and sign-up for a presentation meeting?

  1. First- Go to the Presentations module and change the dates to range for the entire semester. Click on Search. Next, click on the date and you will be able to view the detailed information regarding the presentation.
  2. If you want to attend the presentation click on [Sign up for this Presentation]. This is not mandatory however it is appreciated by the employers.
