CollegeGrad.com recently conducted a survey of what employers look for most in their new graduate hires. The top three factors for student success according to the surveyed employers in order of importance are:

• The student's interviewing skills
• The student's internship/co-op/work experience
• The student's GPA

These results strongly echo the experience of our professional staff here at the Career Opportunities Center and also illustrate the importance of students utilizing all of the services available to them.
