The Career Opportunities and Employer Relations (COER) is staffed with nine professionals ready to assist you with your job search whether you are interested in full-time, co-op, or summer employment. COER provides assistance to you as a first semester freshman, all the way through college, and even as an alum!

Hundreds of employers recruit Missouri S&T students each year.  When recruiting students, employers expect applicants to have three items:

  1. A good GPA
  2. Related work experience
  3. Involvement in leadership activities

You will want to maintain focus on these three items throughout your academic years at the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Here is a Professional Development Plan that will guide you through everything you should be doing year by year at Missouri S&T!
