FAQ
Yes. Once you have received an invite link to the platform, you can view and manage your schedule, view profiles of students that have made appointments with you, as well as conduct video meetings all through your browser. If you wish to make private notes about candidates directly onto their profiles, you will need to download the app.
Please start by checking your spam or junk folder. If you still have not received it, please contact your fair organizer for a new link. Please note, these are single-use links, and must be opened in Chrome or Firefox.
Please reach out to your fair organizer to invite you to create an account on our platform. Please note, these are single-use links, and must be opened in Chrome or Firefox.
You will have access to the profiles of any students that booked on schedules associated with your company only. This will be available as long as the fair is active in our platform, which is up to the fair organizer.
You will be able to see the resumes and profiles of any candidates that have booked meetings on schedules associated with your company. You will not be able to see any details of candidates that have not scheduled a time to speak with your company.
You may choose to turn your camera off in our video meeting rooms and communicate via audio only. You may also request your fair organizer to change the interaction type of your schedule if you prefer to reach out to candidates via phone calls, or a different platform.
You will have access to candidate details, including email addresses and phone numbers from your Schedule dashboard.
We typically recommend recruiters each having their own schedule, and then modifying their availability if they are splitting the day up with other colleagues. For example Recruiter A only has availability from 10am to 12pm, and Recruiter B only has availability from 12pm to 2pm. However, in the event this decision is made very close to the Fair day, and there is not enough time to reconfigure the appointments, or in the case that you wish to have additional recruiters present on the same schedule, you can request your Fair Organizer to add your colleagues on as additional recruiters. They will then receive an email invitation to create a profile on our platform, and once they do so, they will have access to all schedules associated with your company, as well as the links to the video meeting rooms.
To begin with, always pre-test the platform in advance of the virtual fair; give your camera and microphone the relevant access permissions, and even test the user experience by sending the room link to a colleague or friend. However, even if you have pre-tested, we recommend having a contingency plan just for worst-case scenarios. This can be anything that works for you, but keep it simple: it might just mean a phone call to the candidate to connect.

I'm new to this. Can you walk me through 'My Schedules'?
Here is a video explaining everything you see on your schedules page.
How do I edit the details or the description of a schedule?
From your schedules page, click on 'View Appointments' on the schedule you wish to edit, then click Manage Schedule, and then click Edit Schedule Details. From there, you can edit the Schedule Name, the Description, as well as any Additional Instructions.
How do I change the timings and duration of time slots on my schedule?
You can only change the time-related variables of a schedule when there are no candidate bookings on the schedule.
From your schedules page, click on 'View Appointments' on the schedule you wish to edit, then click Manage Schedule, and then click Edit Time Slots. From there, you will be able to select the Schedule Start Time, End Time as well as Time Slot Duration, and then click Apply Changes for the new schedule to generate. Use the sliders on each row to block or unblock timeslots as you wish. Be sure to click Save when you are done (video).
How do I block off times on my schedule so candidates can't make a reservation?
When viewing your schedule, click Manage Schedule from the top right corner, and then select Edit Time Slots. From there, you will see the time slots and can choose to block off certain times, by moving the slider under the column titled Blocked for that row. Add a reason in the text box, and don't forget to click save (video).
How do I cancel a candidate reservation on a schedule?
You cannot cancel candidate reservations on schedules. If you wish to make certain timeslots unavailable for bookings, you must do it while they are unbooked.
If, for any reason, you really need to cancel a reservation, please reach out to your fair organizer to request this. Please note, that if your fair organizer cancels the reservation, this action cannot be undone. Contact Sara Earl, earls@mst.edu
How do I view my reservations and join my meetings on the day of the fair?
This video will walk you through how to join and use your video meeting room on the day of the fair.
How do I download the reservations on my schedule?
From your Schedule page, click on Download Appointments in the top right corner. This will download an Excel file of your appointments along with links to view candidate resumes (video).
How do I export the notes I made in the app while conducting my appointments with candidates?
If you used the app to privately rate or make notes on candidates during the fair, you can download these at the end of the fair, also from within the app.
